Apple Pay
Apple Pay is a digital wallet that turns your compatible iPhone, Apple Watch, Mac or iPad into a secure, contactless payment device. Shop in stores and on selected apps and websites with the same device you carry or wear every day. You can be confident your details are safe, because when you use Apple Pay, your card number is never shared with the merchant or saved on your device.
Google Pay
For easy tap and go payments with no card required, simply download the Google Pay App to your Android phone or compatible smartwatch. You can use Google Pay wherever contactless payments are accepted, and speed through the checkout on compatible apps and websites.
Samsung Pay
Shop in-stores and on selected apps and websites with the same device you carry or wear every day. With Samsung Pay, you can use your Samsung phone or smartwatch to make quick and easy payments at almost any contactless terminal in-stores, as well as on apps and websites with the Samsung Pay Checkout button.
How do I cancel a direct debit?
As a direct debit is an arrangement you have organised with a merchant we do advise you to contact the merchant directly to cancel the direct debit authority to prevent incurring possible charges. By us cancelling the authority, it does not cancel the legal arrangement you have in place with the debiting company.
To request a stop you can contact our Service Support Centre on 132 067, visit your local branch or complete and email the Direct Debit Cancellation Form to [email protected].
I don’t live near a Credit Union Bankbranch, how can I deposit cash or cheque into my account?
Through our partnership with Australia Post, Bank@Post allows you to withdraw and deposit funds3.

Someone from overseas wants to complete a transfer to my Credit Union Bankaccount, what details do I need to give them?¹
You can receive money from overseas using our Convera international payment service by completing a Payment Instruction Online Form and sending it to the payee.
- Complete the Payment Instructions Online Form to generate payment instructions for your payee.
- Choose the country you are receiving funds from.
- Complete the relevant information in the online form and submit.
- You will then receive an email from '[email protected]' with payment instructions attached.
- Send the payment instruction to your payee.

What are the cut off times for transfers?
Transfers to another Credit Union Bankaccount (completed without a BSB) are usually processed instantly- 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
For transfers to other institutions (using a BSB), we make every effort to ensure that transfers completed before 4:30pm (NSW time) on business days will be sent to the receiving institution that same day. However, this may not always be possible due to circumstances out of our control. Similarly, availability of funds is also subject to the transfer being processed by the receiving institution.
What details do I give out for funds to be credited/debited from my account to an external account?
You will need to provide the following:
- Name against account
- BSB: 932 000
- Account number (your member number)

What is the daily withdrawal limit for ATMs?
$1000 per day
Where is my payment?¹
If you are waiting on a payment to come through to your account, please note that it can take 24-48 hours to reach your account from the time it was sent. If it has been over 48 hours you can contact us on 132 067 and we can check whether your payment has been received or it has been rejected by Credit Union Bankfor any reason.
Which ATMs are fee free?
You can use any Credit Union BankATM without incurring any fees4. Transactions at other financial institutions’ ATMs may incur a fee.
